We use `write external storage` for removing user's unused cache files
Network, WiFi state and location are used by third party libraries: Startapp (http://www.startapp.com), Google Admob (https://www.google.es/admob/), Google Analytics (https://analytics.google.com/analytics/)
`Use credentials` and `Get accounts` are used by some services of Google Play Services (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gms), but we don't use any of them
